The Floyd and Surrounding Counties Fair is held each year in August or September.  The 2000 fair will be held August 17-19.  This year's fair will be held at the all new Floyd County Friends Unity Center in Muncy, Texas.  It is located on Highway 70 between Lockney and Floydada.
